Josh began his journey in consumer retail, developing a deep
understanding of customer behaviour, frontline operations, and
delivering exceptional service at pace. His talent and insight
led him to join our in-store automotive team, where he applied
his retail expertise to transform the physical car buying
experience — bridging the gap between traditional retailers
and modern consumer expectations.
From there, he
transitioned into our digital team, where he now leads complex
projects for major global manufacturers, shaping innovative
online journeys and ensuring every touchpoint delivers both
commercial impact and customer delight.
Luke began his career with us as a graduate software engineer,
eager to learn and driven by a passion for solving real-world
problems through technology. Over the years, he worked across
a broad spectrum of technical disciplines—from core platform
development and system architecture to data engineering and
customer-facing tools. With each step, he built a deep,
practical understanding of the complex role technology plays
in the automotive industry.
His ability to connect
technical detail with strategic outcomes set him apart. Today,
Luke is a key member of our executive leadership team,
bringing a rare combination of hands-on expertise and
